Mental Health Awareness Week 2018
May 14th to May 20th 2018 is Mental Health Awareness Week 2018, and the theme for the week is 'Stress: Are We Coping?'.
During the week, HeadStart will be leading and supporting a wide range of activities around the city, including:
- A popup shop in The Mander Centre, Wolverhampton on May 12th. Come along to meet the HeadStart team, to take part in a range of wellbeing activities, and to share with us your experiences of stress, coping with stress, and to thank the people in your life who have supported you through the difficult and stressful times.
- A free mindfulness workshop on Wednesday 16th May at Bob Jones Community Hub, from 4:15pm to 5:15pm.
- A range of activities from our commissioned providers around the city - Black Country YMCA, Gazebo Theatre, and the WV10 Consortium
