International Fun Day at Heathfield Park

Location: Heathfield Park

When: Saturday 22nd July 2017 from 12.00pm until 4.00pm

Activities Include:

Aladdin's Summer Activities 2017

Location: Park Village Education Centre, WV10 0RA

Who: Places available for 8 to 16 year olds. Places for 10-16 year olds are funded by HeadStart.

When: Every Tuesday and Thursday from 10.30am until 4pm throughout the school holidays.

Summer School music workshops, week commencing 14th August.

Activities include:

  • Martial Arts
  • Girls and Boys Football
  • English and Maths Summer booster Sessions
  • Creative Media / Art Activities
  • Sport: Cricket, dodge ball, Badminton
  • Crafts, sewing and design
  • Summer School Music workshops

Summer Fun at Holy Trinity Church (New Park Village Action Network)

Location: Holy Trinity Church, Bushbury Road, WV10 0LY 

Who: 8 to 13 year olds

When: Tuesday 8th to Friday 18th August 2017

Two sessions per day:

  • 11am until 12.30pm
  • 1pm until 2.30pm

Please register at 10:45am on first day of attendance, bringing the completed form in the flyer. No form, no admission! There is no charge for places.

If you are aged 10 to 16 years old and live in the Springfield, Heath Town, Park Village, Old Heath and Eastfield areas of Wolverhampton we are inviting you to join in our six-week summer holiday sport activities. HeadStart staff will also be joining us to raise awareness of the programme and to introduce the subject of building resilience in children.

Fun For All Summer Activities Programme from the Hope Centre 

Location: Long Ley Park, Heath Town, WV10 0HH

Who: Children, young people or families. Please note that some activities may incur charges for children or family members who are not in the HeadStart 10-16 age range.

Who: Young people with disabilities aged 10-16 years

  • Tuesday 15th August – Sailing and Canoes at Edgebaston Reservoir
  • Monday 21st August – Play & Picnic in the Park
  • Tuesday 22nd August – Albrighton Moat Fishing & Barbecue
  • Wednesday 30th August – Cinema & Cosmo
  • Saturday 30th September – Craft Extravaganza 

Booking places:

All activities must be pre-booked, preferably by email to bookings@lupwolverhampton.org.uk and an adult must bring and collect the young person from every session unless other arrangements have been made with the Charity Manager.
